Orders must be charged to a major credit card. Please enter your card number, expiration date, and billing information carefully. You will have an opportunity to review your completed order before submitting it.
We ship to addresses throughout the USA, except PO Boxes. We generally offer the following shipping methods:
Standard Delivery — normally 3 to 5 business days
Express Delivery — normally 2 to 3 business days
Next Day Delivery — normally 1 business day
All shipping dates are estimates only. If you must have your order by a specific date, please call or email us before placing the order so we can confirm whether it can ship in time.
Pre-orders placed before a product’s release date will be sent by standard shipping as soon as the product becomes available. Please refer to the individual product page for expected availability.
Express and Next Day orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST will usually ship the following business day. All other orders are normally processed the same day, except for Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. If the order received free shipping, the refund may be reduced by the original shipping and handling cost.
