Select items for purchase
You have the option to select any of our products for purchase. Bulk quantity discounts are automatically applied when you add the items to your cart. If you change your mind about an item you have selected, you can remove the item from your cart before you checkout.

When you select Place Order, any item that appears on the View Cart page at that time is charged to your credit card and will be shipped to the address you have listed and with the method you have chosen.

Payment
Orders must be charged to a major credit card. Be sure to enter your card number, expiration date accurately. Review this information carefully when your completed order is displayed before submitting it.

Shipping Terms
We only ship to addresses in the USA and we don't ship to PO Boxes. When you order a product you can usually select from the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery (normally 3 to 5 business days)
Express Delivery (normally 2-3 business days)
Next Day Delivery (normally 1 business day)

All shipping dates are estimates only. If you must have your product by a certain date, you must call or email us to confirm that the order will ship out on time. Pre-orders (placed in advance of product release date) will be sent via standard shipping as soon as products become available. Please refer to individual product information pages for expected availability.

"Next Day" and "2nd Day" orders placed Mon-Fri AFTER 2:00PM EST will ship the following business day. All other orders are normally processed the same day, except for Shabbat and Jewish holidays.

Returns & Guarantees
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return them for a refund (if the order received free shipping, any refund will be less shipping and handling). All returns must be in clean, unused, resalable condition to receive a refund. To return your product, email us using the 'Contact Us' link below.
